It's up to the individual Rioter to reply to requests. It's not required as part of the job, but many Rioters do look on the forums for requests, whether general or specific.

As for everyone else who requested a game with me, I am maxing out on friend requests, so your best bet is to just watch my Twitter or the PlayWithRiot chat room for ARAMs. Otherwise, start a specific thread for your 1000th win or birthday requests when the time comes and I'll try to keep an eye out. I may miss some, but I try my best.

My friends list is constantly filling up, so I have to clear out old names - but if you sent it while its full, I don't get the request
