Some part of me wants to say Annie, just because the idea of a global 1.75 second stun is hilarious to me.

Most likely though, it'd be Ryze. Sigh.

Annies probably right, annie channels requiem first and gets rest of team to co-ordinate them.

Annies would interrupt any of the other teams requiems while everyone else's killed the whole other team instantly (assuming requiems can stack up)
