If you truly think the ban is without cause then you can always email customer support, though as a general rule people who get bans usually get them for a reason.

That being said, keep in mind that PBE is a testing environment so the ban hammer is a bit harsher/quicker than it would be on a normal server such as NA.

The automatic LeaverBuster system gives you a "Leaver Level", which goes up everytime you leave and decays over time. The exact numbers are unknown in order to prevent people from calculating "How many ragequits can I afford?"...
