I was playing on Twisted Treeline in a custom game with my wife playing Aetherwing Kayle. Each time that I used Garen's ult, there was a visual issue that I hadn't seen when playing the new skin on Dominion. When I used the ult, there would be a large green overlay graphic on the ult particles. I will check again on the next game, but it persisted for the whole game.

You'll have to get a screenshot of that. I have no idea of how to even repo that

I've seen this occur once with Nidalee's spear.
It occured just 1 game, haven't seen it since, nothing changed software or hardware-wise since.

cards can sporaticaly heat up... depending on the strain, a older dx can have issues to but still function, a game bug that just shows up out of the blue is semi common
howbout blitzcrank fists not showing up but the chain on his fist is.... happens after used from behind the fog and u fall into the grab
