When in queue, it doesn't ask you to accept or decline the match.

Repo Steps:
Put yourself in queue
Get placed in match automatically

(Only a problem if someone is AFK)

yes, but... I think its cause they don't want to waste time with people getting into ranked.

We're looking into a bug with AFK detection, so we have it temporarily disabled on PBE while we investigate. Sorry for the inconvenience!

i can attest to the fact that there is no afk detection at this time
