So since Steel Legion Skins are for champions who are from Demacia/Piltover, and Bioforge for Noxus/Zaun and it seems we'll see more of these skins in the future...I'll make a list of eligible champions and we can discuss which one we'd want to see the most! List made from what the wikia says about those belonging to each area.
