Pretty sure there are a bunch. For example Sona's E will proc on minions.

You can buff minions with the Captain enchantment on boots, or the Banner of Command.

Most targeted shields can also be applied to minions. Nunu's blood boil works on them too, much to my annoyance when I misclick =P
