I'm a guy who has spent a great deal of time around forums since the dawn of their existence. And even I find myself jumbled and lost in these forums from time to time. Especially when it comes to news and updates.
I read what I can where I can fathom to find it.

It shows the longest remaining "hard" CC first. Then silence, root, exhaust, etc.

So far they are pretty cool.

To be fair, I haven't payed a ton of attention to them specifically yet but when I have noticed them, I found they did exactly their job. They give you all the information you need to understand whats going on but they don't clutter everything up with superfluous or excessive junk. I would call this a success.

I have to say it's a nice subtle improvement. It's also a good reminder to use your cleanse active if you have one. I know in my last game I got stunned, saw the bar and remembered I had mercurial scimitar. Saved my life

The slow symbol and coloration seem counter-intuitive- I'd think blue and a snowflake shape would work better than a flame and orange.

Is there a way to turn off those white/red streaks and flashes at the edge of the screen? They're annoying and while thematic, I would like to suggest that whether they be on/off is controllable.

That reminds me that I need to connect the loss of control screen flash to the damage one, so disabling one disables both.

I honestly think it adds way too much clutter to that part of a character. It's already hard to see TF ult, poison and oracle on some of these champs. This area has wayyy too much going on. I like the idea but it just seems very cluttered.

please DO NOT DO THIS

there's space under more options for a 'flash white when cc'd' checkbox, RIGHT above 'flash red when damaged'.. i like knowing when i take damage, but it's painfully obvious enough already when i've been stunned.

i really hate the white flashing ****, it's very disorienting and i honestly really hate it. can you please allow us to disable it separately?
