please nerf ezreal 2-3 more times

Even if its just tiny little nerfs like - 1 base hp or something. We need to shake some of the people who "main him". I am sick to death of seeing the little blonde ******* every game, its making bot lane stupidly boring .

I want you to do whatever you have to do to make it so bot lane match ups aren't always Ezreal vs X. Pink, purple, no hair at all, whatever it takes
