I feel like, from reading Quinn's notes, that this is something she'd say. I guess I should go read all of the journal right now, but from what these notes say, Talon is not guilty of what he's being accused, and the fact that there's a big upheaval over what he's been accused seems wrong. Garen doesn't believe her, however Prince Jarvan tells her to follow her gut. She has Garen pegged as someone who would Lead a "brigade of shiny armored children playing soldier", just to do as the king says.
