Nobody like him and there is no counterplay to his Q in lane.Just delete the AP ratios jesus ****ing christ.

Not saying he's OP just ANNOYING to play against.

I usually beat an ap yi with Malz, just saying, he locks him down with his full combo and gets the kill. Champions that can burst or silence make the lane a cake walk. Sure alpha strike hurts but if he can't get a kill he's only going to use it once.

After that, Kassadin, Malz, LB, any of the champions that have any sort of skill to stop him from channeling will force him to run away so he doesn't get bursted.
