I also coordinate with all of the above on Patch Previews and balance discussion, although more of my expertise lies in listening, investigating, and understanding.

So I can relay thought processes and approaches on current balance with some proxy discussion from them, but if it's something else completely (WHAR'S MY BUFFS), I would be speaking from a player perspective just the same as you (maybe slightly more informed on what's going on behind the scenes and the current state of the game in terms of balance).
