hes frustrating to play against when fed because of his necklace

its so dumb concept to base champion around snowball item

because hes useless without it , but if he somehow starts rolling the stacks he gets strong

but even at max stacks hes not stronger than assassins like khazix or zed

Look up Weshavi, Hes the best rengar and has road him from gold to diamond 1. You might want to ask him about his build.
