Zac's passive needs to be somehow improved

Will this effect visible enemy champions or all of them? Also do you have an idea of the range determining what will cause the passive to spawn really close? It seems like it would be an interesting way to determine your relative safety, like Tryndamere's Mocking Shout or Soraka's Starcall.

Yeah that's pretty much what we're doing. We had it in the past (to help him peel in teamfights), and removed it because it felt really strong in a level 6 gank. However, his power level has changed a lot since those tests and putting the slow on all hits doesn't feel too out of line.

Subninja,

First: Zac is so incredibly fun to play with the health cost changes! By mid game I felt immortal, and if I got low I just disengaged and healed right back up instead of going back to base. Feels really good.

Second: The only concern I have for Zac is his chasing situations. His passive can be a little odd when you are chasing because blobs can fly away from you, making you choose between sustain and keeping up the chase.

It's much better now that his Q is 4%, but it still feels like you must make a choice between utilizing his passive and keeping up the chase. What are your opinions on this? Is it intentional?

This is my only problem with Zac too, and I would also like to hear your thoughts on this Subninja.

i love how zac plays now that the costs have been adjusted i did have a couple idead you might "bounce" around tho.

when i first heard about his passive and saw how they worked i was kind of hoping they would move towards each other instead of the position he died in that way zac might be able to position himself to be better able to come back, in addition to allowing enemy's to possibly counter-play him into spawning in a more favorable location for them.

also have you though of putting health scaling on some/any his skills in replace of /addition to ap ratios?

I realize you're just trying to say something nice, but do you realize how absurd it is that you're laughing "as hard as I can" while playing Zac? Surely you must look absolutely ridiculous. I think back on the hardest I've ever laughed, doubled over gasping for breath. This is how you are EVERY SINGLE TIME you play him?

Are you doing anything with his "q"? The changes you've been talking about are great, but this ability still feels like a space filler that is pretty underwhelming. Since it's a hand grabby attack thing have you considered let him pick up health blobs with it? Maybe even if he picks up a blob he doesn't have to pay any health cost?
