Just one question "A new hero approaches" = reference to SSB? Cause all I can hear is that siren in my head for when "A new challenger approaches" in SSB when I read that line. lol

Buff to Sivir and Cryo, score.

Also, thank god for reducing the global cooldown, still wish it was completely gone, but .5 might be enough.

Kind of disappointed about the Cardmaster nerf. He's going to be used in the exact same way, but ever so slightly weaker.
