it seems many of us are getting the same error, my update is stuck at 31/48 of what i assume is the newest patch
i get the error, "the launcher has experienced an error. please restart this application.
i can't open the log after the error to post it, the log before the error is.

Guys stop posting the whole patcher_lib.log

Post only the [error] line or attach the file...

Btw, i've got an unzypping problem today installing the last patch. The error in the log is the following

[ERROR] Unable to verify source for expansion [D:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\Map4.zip]

(tryed to unzip the .zip mannualy but ther's a damaged file)

sup new patch, i'm not reinstalling for you

YAY! To get my LoL working again after the recent patch, I now have to wait 4 hrs before I can play! Woo Hoo!...
The re-installer is ~1GB and I'm getting 60KBps... I hate wireless Internet, but this wouldn't have happened if the launcher hadn't stuffed up. (I haven't changed anything in the config files or whatever)
Surely there's an easier, less timely fix available - it should be a simple change in one of the config files to get this working again, instead of replacing all the graphics and everything else that makes the game run.

But whatevs, I can wait I guess

thank you jesse perring your sexyness has saved our souls[and my chance at a return and my pantheon <.< code goes bad tomorrow] also if you update is going slow i turned off p2p sharing under options on the launcher. and it sped up to normal from 0-3 kb/s.

im having an update failed unspecified error
reinstalling didnt work. this has never happened before, i have no skins and my secuirty setting are fine, i have space on my computer

I'm getting a generic error when trying to patch. :

The launcher has experienced an error, please restart the app.


It got to 75/92 on TWO PC's. Both of them fail at the same place.

The original log mentioned an error about " unable to find baseline" directory, so I tried manually creating it.


This got me a bit father to 19 %

The second log is much bigger here and this is the error line : (also attached )
