You've waited very patiently for this day, but it's finally here! We have the details on WCG Canada!
WCG Canada will have an online winner take all tournament to decide its national representative for League of Legends. Registration is open now, so you should get your team together and register here.
Format Details:
- Event begins: August 1st
- Format: Single Elimination, Best of Three
- Finals Format: Double Elimination, Best of Three
- Grand Prize: All expenses paid trip to the WCG Grand Finals in Busan, Korea
Last year, CLG won the WCG North American bid and ultimately the Gold Medal at the Grand Finals, but there's room to challenge them this year as the competitive scene is stronger than ever.
Remember that the competition for this year's WCG is much larger and will feature dozens of countries battling it out at a live final.
