Annie needs some help

She's good imo, extremely scary early/mid game burst rotation. The thing with annies, is you have to go fast and try to end the game as quick as possible before people begin to outscale you.

She needs better scaling, or a better E ability imo. Either or would make her a great hero I'd play all the time.

Any better scaling and she becomes too powerful and too easy to use. The reason her ability scaling on her skills were nerfed in the first place was the fact that she was essentially Ryze with an AoE stun, now she's more balanced and requires a good deal more planning to use well.

Also, I concur with the Tibbers/Tower aggro thing.

1. Her AP scaling isn't bad. It's just not as good as some other casters.
2. You ever see a 4k hp Annie? I have. I WAS.
3. There already is a counter. :/
