This plan will go into effect when Thresh gets released:
- Whenever a new champion is released, the oldest 6.3k champion is reduced to 4.8k.
- Every three champion releases, a champion 4.8k or below will have its price reduced to the next tier (so 4800 -> 3150 -> 1350 -> 450)
When Thresh is released, Yorick will be reduced to 4.8k, Udyr to 1350.
