sorcery 3/4. Even if its a hero that rarely uses abilities. Basically better to have abilities on slightly lower cooldown (2.25%) than increasing there effectiveness at rank 5 by under 0.25% in most cases (~10 AP at level 18 for combat/tank champs). Also many of the abilities on some of the combat/health champs are mainly used for the stunning/slowing/mitigation and in many cases a lower cooldown is better than 2-7 more damage 3x minutes into the game.
