byt unique active, what does that mean? if it means having multiple should make them share a cool down, it doesn't. i tested and couldn't find anything "unique" about the active except only one debuff could be apllied at a time, is that what its supposed to mean?

If activating 1 didn't trigger the cooldown for all held, then it is a bug.
