help me plz!! game doesnt respond

when i am in the champion pick thing and when tht is all done and u go into the play screen nthing happens for me and it doesnt respond when i click on it wat should i do? it is a black screen

i have also spent alot of money on this game so its kinda not fair if i cant even play it

Make sure you have an exception in windows firewall and all ports are open so the game can connect, here are the ports.
