Can anyone tell me how to fix my Video settings to allow me to zoom? I have a mouse wheel but when I sroll it it doesn't do anything. I also tied clicking it in and scroll, and that didn't do anything either. Thank you.

Deactivate the "fast terrain" video option and try again.
