I seem to have trouble finding runeless builds online. Can anyone suggest a build for her?

Why do you need a runeless build? And her build is as simple as lots of AD and Crit, and one or two AS items.

Just follow the guides you find as best as you can until you can afford and use the suggested runes and masteries. Just because you aren't level 30 doesn't mean you can't pull off the build.
