I play LoL on my friends laptop often. I just got a desktop and downloaded LoL. When open the startup page, where you click play. It doesn't say online or offline. It just has the circles like it's loading. I tried letting it sit while I went out for dinner, as well as reinstalling it. Any ideas of what could be wrong? Any tips will help. Thanks.

it sounds to me like your firewall is currently waiting your permission to allow or deny the program. Try disabling your firewall or making an exception in it to see if it makes any difference.

Also.. I cannot click the exit, minimize, options, or logs buttons.
