Hello i need help

yesterday i bought Pantheon but i can't play for him and he's not available in my profile. The worst think is that points ar gone. Anyone know what to do ?

Hi Ambrosie,

I assume it's been over four hours and you've tried logging in and out, so the next step would be to send a mail to support@riotgames.com with your transaction ID, so that Riot can manually give you Pantheon :-)
