You can say he had no room in the current meta and that he didnt see much competitive play... but you cant dispute the fact that he was ungodly powerful as a solo queue pick and an almost unstoppable asset vs uncoordinated play.
Well, im sure you would try to dispute it... but thats beside the point. Old trynd's gone, Riot wanted to round out his design... job well accomplished. Change sucks some times, take it with a grain of salt and you may find that despite his extremely nerfed damage output he is still a pretty good solo queue carry (though definitely not my go-to champ anymore)
EDIT: The changes look much worse on paper than they really are in game
This entire post. It's so very, very stupid.
Guess what: Normal games are not meant to be balanced around. There IS no counterplay involved in normal games.
Ranked 5v5 is the only mode that matters. And Tryndamere has never been viable there.
BESIDES that standard issue fact that you can stick in your pipe and smoke, there's also the fact that Tryndamere was NERFED. THAT DOES NOT EQUATE TO A BETTER GAME IN ANY MODE. This wasn't a buff for 3v3 or a nerf for 5v5 only. This was a nerf across all his statistics. He is in no way more viable for it, and you trying to argue otherwise? Now THAT is an effort in stupidity.
