Since the patch i have a really wierd bug...when im chased and i click on the map or on the field to run away ryze runs away and out of nothing he runs back like he was feared and then runs again in told position. Im not feared in the moment and i already tried to click repeatly and 2 click only once (on the field or map) and it doesnt make a differnece.

Second. Sometimes i cant spell Rune Prison and im not silenced etc.

This sounds like a lag issue to be honest - it sounds like your clicks aren't being sent through in a timely fashion. What's your latency/ping at?

Also try turning off/on the "predict movement" setting ingame, see if it makes a difference.
