Cho's high mana costs combined with the nerf to his passive makes him feel really clunky in lane.
Is anyone looking into this?

I play a fair bit of Cho, and I agree that he runs out of mana really really fast. But also, his two main damage skills also have huge CC's on them so I think the high mana cost is just sort of a result of that, to stop him from spamming CC all day long and making everyone ragequit.

Every smart cho i've seen is a beast in lane.

stop spaming Q, learn how to manage ur mana.
tip : if u are having problems at the lane/early game use doran ring, and max E first. it will help u

Good mana conservation is key to early game Cho. Learn to make your pop ups count, don't spam them if your lane mate is playing passively/you are solo lane, and don't silence the enemy every single time they are remotely in range. Mana to spare, you will have.

High mana costs for Moderate AoE damage and Disables? NO WAY!

I play a mean cho and I often find using mp5 seals, glyphs, as well as a 9/0/21 mastery with clarity overkill. I can pretty much last in a lane forever given that the other lanes don't get destroyed. Passive wasn't that nerfed.

you get so uch mana back with glyphs and your passive i never really go oom
