If you cannot go over the terrain, the arrow is red.

Before you say this is dumbing down the game, the terrain isn't very clear about if you can move there, so I think it would mostly just fix a lot of frustrations.

I like the idea it does that for volley attacks but Rivens valor it can go over Jarvans wall but not terrain ive died by that twice now
