You want the long answer, you made an uninformed purchase and then when the purchase didn't mean your expectations you feel the right to be reimbursed for your own lack of information. You are saying that even if he was buffed you want a refund meaning you have an issue with the concept which was publicly avaible before he was even released meaning the only person who is at fault here is you and therefor you don't deserve a refund.
