Okay, so the champions start at level 3 with a set amount of gold.


I'm guessing Alistar, Garen, Jarvan and Heimer will be insta-ban.

Not so sure about singed, since he's not that strong until he has his items.

TF and Panth got a limited ult range now, depends on the map.

Not so sure about Karthus, his only gimmick is interrupting any control everywhere every 3 mins
