That's correct. If you own Leona (or any) other champion, you can play them on Dominion.

What they were trying to express is that the mode is available to the entire arsenal, not just select champs that they deem not OP on the map / mode.

Is there a draft mode for it? And if so, does that mean that champions can be banned like normal draft?

it also means that you'll see mirror matchup. Like if the 2 teams chose leona, there will be 2 leona in the same dominion game. No bans, mirror matchup allowed.

what if you want a champ and someone else on your team selects that champ? i then cant play whatever i own right?
