Question about XP/IP

I don't think this has been asked yet. But, if it has, I apologize for repeating.

It's been stated that Dominion is going to be a much shorter game time than Summoner's Rift. I'm 100% okay with this idea, it gives people with less time another option.

My question's this: Twisted Treeline takes less time than Summoner's Rift, but requires less people. And you get less XP/IP for it. Will Dominion also have a reduced XP/IP? I'm just not sure if the reduced reward comes from the time commitment, or from the reduction in people.

SInce they changed IP to be time based it won't matter that the matches are shorter because you will earn the same amount per minute played in either map.

I get what you're saying, but Twisted Treeline has a base 30% IP/XP reduction, if I recall correctly. I'm just hoping for a verification that this isn't the case in Dom.
