Unfortunately not at this time, and I do not know if Riot has any plans to implement this.

If it is deemed offensive Riot love changing it to a random name and laughing. SOMETIMES they let you choose one, but they love to play with you =-D

Yes, theres a post here somewhere with a guy who named himself "a*****"
He got reported and a had a pretty random name afterwards
