I was wondering if Corki/UFO Corki freebie was limited to only those who logged when he was given out, or if it was for all accounts created before he was given out.

Because if it was for all accounts that were before the giveaway, I think there was a problem with me not receiving one. Granted I never knew about it until one of my friends mentioned it, nor do I like corki very much, but I thought there either might be a reason I don't have it, or that it was a bug/mistake.
