Tormented Soil mana cost reduced to 70/85/100/115/130 from 70/90/110/130/150

HAHAHAHA only took 5 mana off

he's not gonna be, the math has been done, it's a nerf. only scaling off bonus ad is gonna cause his spear and HS strike to do significantly less damage unless you stack like 4 bf sword items

So, about that clone thing with items in their inventory. Does that mean that when Shaco ults I'm gonna be like "Oh nos which ones is it?" cuz that'd be awesome. An "about time" type thing. Nj Riot. Likin' the little changes too. Hate not attacking after doing stuffs like that :[

I believe Udyr turtle stance needs a huge nerf. Huge shield combined with life steal is wrong.

great patch guys, all the changes seem in order (aside from buffing trynd, hes terrifying late game). And just a couple games ago i got the infinitely dead glitch lol, thank god i saw it in the changes. gj riot
