If I'm not mistaken there was a time when you too were a "noob". New characters are introduced so that there is an even playing field. Regardless of Summoner Level anyone who plays this new character when she comes out will be a "noob" so I guess what your saying, is that oyu "Don't want to see her ordered by YOU"
