How will nerfs work in Dominion? Will they affect champions in the SR gamemode?

Or will it be something like "Here are *championhere*'s Dominion nerfs" ?

Sorry if this has been asked before, if it has, if anyone could link me said thread, that'd be pretty awesome.

No, all the champs will stay the same in both modes.
