they only have one ability similer,
the aoe and acording to what Elementz has already said its easy to avoid
the only other ability she has thats remotly similer is her ult but it does far less damage and you have to stay near them, but it does hit multiple people.

morigana is great dont get me wrong but saying morigana can do everything mal can is wrong
does morigana have a multi target silence?

Hi elementz i agrea alot with most of your list but i was just wondering wats with nasus being tier 2 ? i have only really played him tank btw. I know his slow is really good and all but i just havnt really seen that much good nasus and im not that good a nasus=/ . So could u explain wats so good about nasus and if tank or dps is better for him thx =)

Why is blitzcrank rated so low? Blitz can initiate, tank, dish out some dps, and an AOE silence.

My question concerning sion is this, when you consider him top tier 2, are you thinking about AP sion or physical sion? Lately i've seen only ap sions but I don't understand what makes him that good compared to ad sion since only 2 of his spells stack with ap.

Both of those spells are 1:1 though which is really nice for any caster. Combine it with Lich Bane and you essentially do 3:1 AP damage in a burst, his shield is AoE and gives him nice survivability, and his stun is probably the best stun in the game (2 seconds on like a 4 second cooldown). His E and R, while not great, allow him to push down turrets and such a lot faster than most other mages.

I doubt this will get read, seeing as its on page 100+ but, one of you council members should consider making a Teir Composition list. A lot of work? Yes, but just a thought.

How do you spec AP sion? What skill order, what runes?
