Hey, I'm a level 22 summoner, and I have a few questions.

1. What runes are good for Ashe/Ryze

2. If I only buy CDR(CoolDown Reduction) Runes would that be a good idea?

3. How many different types of Runes should I get?
Ex. Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and Armor Pen. (3 types). More or less? Which one is better.

Get Armor Pen. for Ashe, at least for the marks. I feel buying CDR runes beyond the glyphs is wasteful as its not very hard to get CDR in game.

for ryze:
reds: M Pen
yellows: dodge, hp/lvl or (best imo) manaregen/lvl
blues: M pen or cooldown (either) . Also, ability power runes aren't that good especially on ryze with his R.
Quints: so many good ones. M Pen, Ability Power, HP, CDR.

Note: If you do not get doran's ring starting, the HP quints are manditory. Ryze has such low hp
