No, because nasus Q isn't hit only skill. He isn't instantly non-viable because he can't farm. Spirit fire defends whole points so perhaps even AP Nasus would become a more viable substitute. Not everything can be handed to you.

Nasus, Veigar and Sion as well aren't going to be as good on this map, it's that simple. Sad but true. There are minions though so you are going to be able to farm a little bit. Veigar also gets AP from killing, remember that.

Spirit fire doesn't do enough damage. There is no such thing as "viable AP nasus". Doesn't exist. Nasus relies on his Q for his damage output. There is no substitute.
