Question - will a 25 minute Summoner's Rift game will grant an equal IP benefit to a 25 minute Dominion game?
If not, how is it different?

Correct answer: Nobody knows for sure yet. The IP numbers any of us have seen were low but we were told by Riot that those were custom games so the IP would be lower. So really, nobody knows yet.
