observer/replays kinda go together. Riot is working on them, but the best answer would probably be "soon" the new patcher was a
step foward for this feature

shiny im fairly certain it coming. again, "soon" is probably the best answer. the way their updating alot of champ splash arts (morg, tryn, veigar, taric ect.) could be Riot slowly working at it

I think they didn't work on shiny anymore. Observer i think will be out "soon"... Reps? 2012 if we are lucky.
