The latest patch is causing shadows and other blockiness in-game for me. I'm using a Radeon 5870 on Catalyst 11.8.

SOLUTION: "automatic" had set shadows to "low" - setting to med or high fixes problem.

Those aren't 11.8 as in the original post.

This was fixed by changing the shadow settings in the game.

Until we push out our fix, you'll be able to avoid this issue by changing your "Shadows" setting to anything other than "low".

If your "Shadows" setting is not "low" and you're still having problems, please post here and let me know! Be sure to include your video card and drivers.

i tried changing shadows from none to high low etc. didnt amke any difference for my black ground... how to fix this??
