EDIT: Nevermind! After two hours, it skipped past the 33%, eventually reaching 100%!

My stuck at 33% for a while (5-10 minutes), but it was still working well, just the progress number was wrong, the patch was being applied the way it should be.

I just waited for about 15 mins. then it continued progressing.

Mines stuck at 99%

Several fixes i found with patching is that you could leave it for an hour or two by going and watching a movie and coming back, or restarting computer, as far as im aware Riot, you use Hexadecimal coding, but there shouldnt be any problems like this in the patcher of all things.
