I had 59-60 fps barely moving then i reinstalled the game for some reason and when it was patching it was almost done then it jumped to the 33% thing with - times. i let it be and finished patching.

the problem is my fps on high now is 30-40s with major drops. so yes it patches if you just wait it out but i think it glitched the game a bit. hope that helps i can play on low settings but its just annoying that i have to after playing on high for so long.

i know its not my computer all drivers are updated it has to do with the patching - i tried patching and reinstalling multiple times but the 33% always happens ( current patch - elise)

They've been having this problem for over 18 months and STILL have not fixed it? There's a reason I don't play this ****ty game anymore. lol
