Actually, the patch never gets stuck at 33%, the progress bar just bugs and shows a negative timer like -51:25, but then if you go ahead and look on top where it shows your Mb left to download, then you'll see your download is still going.

am i downloading the patch or a new client? ~ lol

Mine only took an hour it does patch it is just really slow.

Both my computer as well as my girlfriend's computer experienced some really funky % numbers, and went through the patching process what seemed to be twice before finishing. Not at hers atm but here is mine:

my downloading speed varies, depending on the campus traffic,, but average of 30-50 KBps (also goes to somewhat 300KBps)..
it doesnt update untill it get somewhat constant speed

I guess files are getting downloaded.. but completion % is not getting updated and
sometimes, while updating file size of 530MB.. it shows 950 MB remaining!!

after getting disconnected it starts again!!

The patch DO stay at 33% for a couple of minutes... but it STILL continue to download... no problem here. They said that it was a long patch so you can expect that it may take something like 30-50 min to finish the download.

Typical riot doesnt know how to keep the game running smoothly... Been a user for well over a year now and these problems happen every patch pretty much. Maybe you guys should stop with new updates until you fix all the problems from the one you just did...

It just hangs at 33% and does eventually move to 99%... step 2/2 when there is 0:00 remaining and its applying patches, a popup says "Failed to download or extract all required update files after several attempts. Please ensure thath you have a stable internet connection, ad that you have sufficient hard disk space. (Error: 0xc1e90006)"

I have over 200 gb of free disk space and roadrunner internet that hardly ever disconnects... I have tried reinstalling and restarting the patch. Nothing gets past the 99% I have even left it to install all day and still just the same popup comes up every time... Even after reinstalation, when I start LOL, it starts the patch at 33%
