That's what Arabic Dagger Sheaths look like. You can see how it goes up towards his belt. If anything they will learn something since that tip will probably be painted gold with the body of the sheath being Brown leather.

Its too bad people like the OP have sick minds and want to think everything is bad.

I like how in the normal picture there isn't anything on the hilt at all. but in the zoomed portion there is a clear defined line marking the urethra.

Obvious fail troll.
