At level 6, Kassadin is really good because his riftwalk allows you to switch lanes with your solo top faster.

I would think long range mages could farm against him...Gragas...Cass...etc..

Panth does not counter Kass as other ADs do because Panth is an AD Mage. Kass silences Panth while he is in mid-air from W, Kass presses E and walks away with a favorable exchange. Panth also has no sustain.

Karthus, think about it! Pantheon's ult requires him to jump into the sky. Karthus's ult shoots lasers out of the sky.

Any ap carry with decent sustain does well against pantheon. Any ap carry with more range than pantheon's stun range does well against pantheon. Any mage that can make the lane a farm fest essentially beats pantheon because they will assuredly be better late game with just farm than pantheon will be.

ap shaco,
i play it as a hard counter to talon/leblanc/pantheon mid, they jump on you, and they will regret it...

(if anybody doesnt believe me, fight me mid! ;])

Panth jumps into Karthus ult taking the damage for his whole team.

(Then dies from said damage.)
